It's FRIDAY!! And for many that means payday. But what if you work for yourself, or as an artist where you get paid only after you've produced something. Is that really and truly a lifestyle that you're ready for?

A lot of entrepreneurs highlight the time freedom available outside of the cubicle, however it usually takes a while and a whole lot of sacrifices before that time freedom is realized. Then there's the financial freedom to think about. Like I led with in the intro, most artists and creatives aren't on a scheduled payment plan every 2 weeks.

But here's the kicker, if you're good at doing what you love, you can get paid more than what you were in your "job". Even if that isn't the case, you have the joy of knowing that you're doing what you're meant to do.

So it may be Friday, but that's no excuse to kick your feet up and grab that glass of wine. If you're serious about realizing your dream, Friday 5pm is actually when you punch-in to start cultivating your dream job.
